Welcome back to another edition of What’s For Dinner! This time, I decided to give Halloween its due as a holiday. We don’t often think of Halloween as a day to celebrate with a festive dinner, but why not? It’s fun, kids love it, and you’re already getting dressed up and decorating the house, so you might as well dress the table up too! So this week I present to you a Halloween dinner menu! Full of pumpkin (of course), ghosts, green sprinkles and monster eyes, this one is sure to please.
