Quick And Easy Summer Appetizer Recipes

When you’re entertaining or throwing a party during the warm months, quick and easy summer appetizer recipes are a great way to pique everyone’s interest in your main meal.

I love summer and all the food that comes with it! There’s nothing better than sitting out in the sunshine on my back deck, snacking on delicious appetizers with the people I love. In this roundup, I’ve collected some of my favourite recipes that work for sharing with a group outside in the sunshine. They are easy, beautiful, and creative, and I hope you find a way to make all of them this season!

Burrata Salad Appetizer

If you’re looking for an appetizer that’s a little different, super delicious and quick and easy to make, this Burrata Salad is it! This salad is like a Mozzarella Caprese Salad, but with extra creaminess from using Burrata cheese. When you’re ready to dive into this deliciousness, use a spoon to ‘cut’ into the Burrata cheese ball, and scoop out some cheese and cream with the tomatoes. Make a big salad and serve it as an appetizer with baguette slices and extra balsamic on the side. Summer in a bowl.

This sandwich is loaded with capicola meat, thinly sliced mortadella sausage, genoa salami, provolone cheese, red pepper vegetable spread, and fresh basil all squished between a fresh French baguette. I haven’t been able to get the delicious pairing of cheese and fig jam out of my head since I tried it in my parents’ backyard over crackers and conversation. So I decided to make a delicious and summery cheesy snack by spreading my sandwich bread with delectable fig jam, adding a great melting cheese like gruyere, and serving it cut into appetizer-sized pieces, all hot and melty and yummy! Try grilling it right on the barbecue for an ultimate summer grilled cheese experience.

Crispy Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

If you are looking to avoid heating up your kitchen in the hot summer months, an air fryer is your best friend!
