Serve for Dinner or as an Appetitizer!

This Easy Pizza Fondue is delicious for dinner, but it’s also perfect as an appetizer at your next party. Set everything out on the table buffet-style…grab a napkin, a fondue fork or skewer and get dipping!

Pizza Fondue Recipe Tips:

  • CHEESE: This recipe calls for mozzarella cheese but you can use any of your favourite cheeses: mozza, cheddar, Monterey Jack…
  • DIPPERS: Serve this with any of your favourite pizza toppings. Here are some ideas:
    • cubes of crusty bread, garlic bread or sliced French bread
    • pepperoni slices or sticks
    • salami cubes
    • cooked sausage chunks (like Italian sausage)
    • bell pepper chunks
    • mushrooms
    • grape tomatoes
    • ham
    • pineapple
    • black olives
    • extra tomato pizza sauce
  • SERVING POT: I like to add the finished cheese mixture into a fondue pot and serve it with fondue forks. This type of dish is ideal because you can keep it warm while you enjoy it.

This recipe looks incredible! I have a question for you: do you drain the tomatoes before adding them to the pot? Your mouth-watering photo seems to show very fine bits of tomato in with the melted cheeses and wine, hence my question.

    1. Hi Joyce! Yes make sure to drain them before you add them to the cheese…I think the fine bits that you are seeing are just small pieces of tomato. I hope you enjoy this recipe – it’s really great! 🙂

  9. We made this last year and it was a HIT! Our crew loved it above all other fondue cheeses. With that said… I can’t remember if I used fresh mozzarella or just regular, block cheese. What kind did you use? Thanks!
