Pizza Fondue Recipe Tips:
- CHEESE: This recipe calls for mozzarella cheese but you can use any of your favourite cheeses: mozza, cheddar, Monterey Jack…
- DIPPERS: Serve this with any of your favourite pizza toppings. Here are some ideas:
- cubes of crusty bread, garlic bread or sliced French bread
- pepperoni slices or sticks
- salami cubes
- cooked sausage chunks (like Italian sausage)
- bell pepper chunks
- mushrooms
- grape tomatoes
- ham
- pineapple
- black olives
- extra tomato pizza sauce
- SERVING POT: I like to add the finished cheese mixture into a fondue pot and serve it with fondue forks. This type of dish is ideal because you can keep it warm while you enjoy it.
