2 Ingredient White Chocolate Easter Bark
This 2 Ingredient White Chocolate Easter Bark is simple and perfect for Easter baskets or holiday treat plates. Use your favorite Easter candies!
Can you believe that Easter is only a few weeks away? Where did the time go? My brain is still stuck in February, but that’s likely to do with the fact that we are buried in snow and grey skies! It’s hard to picture pretty greenery, flowers, fluffy chicks and sandals when you still need winter boots and down coats!
But holidays come, no matter the weather, so it’s time for me to embrace Easter! I actually really really love Easter…everything about it, especially all the Easter treats. And because I like treats so much I made you one, this easy recipe for 2 Ingredient Easter Bark!

Simple and Pretty!
All you need to make this Easter bark is 2 simple ingredients: chocolate and your favourite Easter candy. The chocolate is melted down, then candy is placed on the top. Let the chocolate cool, and crack it into pieces to enjoy. It really doesn’t get any easier that that. It’s a great recipe to try together with kids, and is perfect for leftover Easter candy.

Perfect for gift giving.
Add this easy Easter Egg Bark to Easter baskets, add it to a dessert treat plate or give as a hostess gift. It’s so pretty and chocolatey and chewy!

Easter Bark Recipe Tips:
- CHOCOLATE: You can use white chocolate baking chips or white candy melts. You can also use milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
- CANDY TOPPING: For this recipe I used jelly beans. Here are more ideas for toppings:
- mini chocolate eggs, like Cadbury mini eggs (make sure the white chocolate base has cooled for a few minutes before you add the eggs or the hard shells will crack)
- mini marshmallows
- pastel sprinkles
- whoppers (maltesers)
- STORAGE: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Place a piece of parchment paper between layers.

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
- Category: Confection
- Method: Stovetop
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chunks (white chocolate chips or white melting candy discs)
- 1 cup Easter egg candy (see tips)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
- To melt the chocolate I use a double boiler method: use an actual double boiler, or a saucepan and heatproof bowl. I like to use the saucepan/bowl option: all you have to do is put about 2 inches of water in the saucepan, get it boiling, then place the bowl over the opening of the saucepan. Place the chocolate into the empty bowl, and stir it until melted.
- Use a rubber spatula to spread the melted chocolate out on to the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle on your Easter candy.
- Allow the bark to cool completely, before breaking it into pieces.
Notes
You can use any kind of candy that you like! This recipe also works well with those chocolate mini-eggs. If you decide to use those instead of jellybeans, make sure the white chocolate has cooled for just a few minutes before you add the eggs or the hard shells will crack!
