10 Minute Boursin Bruschetta Dip Recipe

10 Minute Boursin Bruschetta Dip Recipe
If you’re looking for a quick, super easy and realllllly flavourful appetizer, this Boursin Bruschetta Dip IS IT! You can have it ready in 10 minutes, making it a perfect last minute appie. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette. The perfect appetizer for summer (or any time of year!).

About this appetizer.
This appetizer is made with Boursin cheese, so you KNOW it’s going to be good! A layer of this creamy cheese rests beneath a scrumptious pile of homemade bruschetta made with fresh tomatoes. That’s it! You can use crackers or pita chips to scoop it, or serve with slices of a baguette or any crusty bread. Yum.

Boursin Bruschetta Dip Recipe Tips
- BOURSIN CHEESE: I like to use Shallot + Chive Boursin, but you can also use Garlic + Fine Herbs, Cracked Black Pepper, or Fig + Balsamic.
- CHEESE OPTION: If you don’t have Boursin cheese you can substitute it with about 1 cup of goat cheese.
- TOMATOES: Use any type of tomato. I really like cherry tomatoes, but you can use multi-coloured cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes or any size tomatoes cut into small chunks.
- STORAGE: Keep any leftovers covered and stored in the fridge for up to 1 day. It’s really best the first day though, as the bruschetta will get watery after it sits.
- ULTRA EASY OPTION: Make this with store-bought bruschetta for an even easier appetizer!

Flavour Option:
If you love the taste of balsamic vinegar, this dip is amazing with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze! I buy a pre-made bottle, it’s just so much easier, and it’s so good. You can also drizzle a little balsamic vinegar.

Hello! A friend recently made this and sent me the link to your site…. it sounds delish! I’m thinking about taking it to my family’s Thanksgiving in two weeks. Have you tried making this with Costco’s bruschetta?
Thanks, Jan
Hi! Absolutely! Any kind of bruschetta would be delicious on this. I would just make sure to strain the juices first. Happy Thanksgiving!
