2cupschopped ripe tomatoes(about 2 large tomatoes or 2 cups cherry tomatoes)

Instructions
Spread the Boursin cheese into a shallow serving bowl or pie plate. Set aside.2 - 150 g packages shallot and chive Boursin cheese
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Add to a separate mixing bowl.2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes

Use a slotted spoon to scoop the bruschetta tomato mixture over the top of the Boursin cheese.
