This 10-minute appetizer is made with layers of creamy Cracked Black Pepper Boursin cheese, spicy red pepper jelly and a mixture of chopped pistachios and fresh pomegranate seeds. It’s sweet, spicy and creamy! Serve it with crackers or baguette slices. Oh and DON’T even think about leaving out the fresh pomegranate seeds, they add the perfect juicy crunch to every bite!

Red Pepper Jelly Boursin Dip Recipe Tips
- BOURSIN CHEESE: I use the Cracked Black Pepper Boursin cheese, but you can also use Fig + Balsamic or the Cranberry + Pepper Boursin.
- CHEESE OPTION: If you don’t have Boursin cheese you can substitute it with about 1 cup of goat cheese.
- RED PEPPER JELLY: Buy a premade sweet and spicy pepper jelly.
- POMEGRANATE SEEDS: Use fresh pomegranate seeds. Make sure to add these, they give the perfect juicy crunch.
- NUTS: If you don’t like pistachio nuts feel free to leave them out or substitute them with you favourite chopped nuts.
- STORAGE: Keep any leftovers covered and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Ingredients
- 2 – 150 g packages Cracked Black Pepper Boursin cheese
- 1 cup red pepper jelly
- 2 – 4 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
- 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (more if you like)
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Spread the Boursin cheese in a shallow serving bowl or pie plate. Set aside.2 – 150 g packages Cracked Black Pepper Boursin cheese
- Add the red pepper jelly on top of the cheese and spread it out close to the edges.1 cup red pepper jelly
- Pile on the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.2 – 4 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts, 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- Season with fresh ground black pepper.1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- Serve with crackers or slices of a baguette.
