Try something new, something simple.
I don’t know about you but I’m always open to new ideas for veggie side dishes. It’s so easy to keep making the same steamed veggies for every meal, so it’s nice to try something different once in a while. Different, but NOT hard. This uncomplicated green bean and corn side dish is a nice addition to any meal, especially when served alongside roast chicken or turkey.

Green Bean and Corn Medley Recipe Tips
- GREEN BEANS: You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
- CORN: Frozen corn works best for this recipe. You can use canned corn, but if you do, you don’t need to sauté it on its own, you can just cook the beans and corn together.
- SAGE: Use dried sage.
- BUTTER: Use salted butter.
- OPTIONS: Feel free to use any herbs that you like (sage, rosemary, oregano, thyme).
