Sage Butter Green Beans and Corn Medley

Ingredients
4
tbsp
butter
separate into 3 tbsp and 1 tbsp
1
tsp
ground sage
4
cups
fresh green beans
or frozen green beans
3
cups
frozen corn
1/4
tsp
salt
1/8
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix together 1 tbsp of butter with the 1 tsp of ground sage (I just mash together with a fork). Set aside.
To a large skillet on low-medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Add the corn, mix well so it's coated with the butter and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the green beans and 1 tbsp of sage butter, mix well as the sage butter melts. Sauté for about 5 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Serve.
