These S’more Cream Puffs are a delicious twist on a classic recipe!

Oh yes I did just say that.  Say it…s’more cream puff. Yum.  These are a fun twist to s’mores and cream puffs.  I mean how can you go wrong with marshmallow fluff inside a cream puff topped off with ganache? Um you can’t. Trust me.  😉

S'more Cream Puffs

Ingredients

Scale

Make your cream puffs.

  • For the recipe please go visit my Cream Puff post. (the link is directly above this recipe card)

Make your Chocolate Ganache:

  • 6 oz of semi-sweet chocolate (I used Baker’s)
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Making the Ganache:

  1. Grate your chocolate squares.  And put into a bowl.  Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer your 2/3 cup cream for a few minutes, just so it’s nice and hot.
  3. Pour the cream over the chocolate.  Don’t stir it yet – let it sit and just wait for about 2 minutes.
  4. Then gently stir.  Let sit again for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir gently again until fully combined.  I think this is to prevent bubbles.
  6. Let cool.

Filling the Cream Puffs:

  1. Once your cream puffs are made and cooled completely, fill them with Marshmallow Fluff.  I just scoop the fluff into a ziplock bag, snip one of the bottom corners off, and pipe it in.

Serve!

  1. Pour/drizzle on some ganache.  As little or as much as you would like.
  2. Gather friends or family, and devour.

  1. LUV CREAM PUFFS So easy to make and I fill with chix salad-tuna salad-ice cream and they are great for POT LUCKS get togethers etc………NOW Ill have to try with marshmallows as I havent done with that yet. So many uses for puffs. TKS for this idea and checking your other recipes also.

  2. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a distinct S’mores flavor due to no graham cracker. Next time I will try either adding some crumbs to the batter before baking OR rolling the dough balls in graham cracker crumbs prior to baking. Then proceed as directed above.
