These Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bites are an easy to make, no-bake treat! They are made with peanut butter, chocolate, rice crisp cereal, coconut, rolled oats, and white chocolate chips. So good!
I think I’ve professed my love of peanut butter many times over here haven’t I? I just love the flavour it adds to so many things like pancakes, bread, cookies, cookie bars, cheesecake and oatmeal. I’m kind of under the belief that peanut butter makes everything taste better.
And then I discovered Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate. Seriously. I can’t even. So what was I supposed to do? I put that peanut butter with chocolate on my must have list and bought it at the first chance I had. Bought it and ate a giant spoonful of it. And yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
Snack Bites are the perfect vessel for deliciousness!
Then I was challenged to come up with a recipe for Peanut Butter Snack Bites using any flavour of peanut butter, so of course I used the chocolate peanut butter! So I gathered the kids and we got to thinking about what ingredients should go into these ultimate treats. They loved this part…we had a lot of interesting ideas come up, but we finally all agreed on a delicious combination.
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bites are a delicious no-bake snack!

Ooooh, I totally want to try a sugar-free version of this. I think I could convert this recipe easily (I would just leave out the white chocolate) and use my own homemade chocolate.
