Summer Salads: Honey Vinaigrette
This Honey Vinaigrette is sweet, tangy and delicious. The dressing pairs perfectly with sweet berries, goat cheese and simple greens!
Hello again! Here is another salad we love. A simple green salad with a delicious home made Honey Vinaigrette. It’s tangy and fresh and goes so well with sweet berries, creamy goat cheese and fresh greens! You can even toss in some toasted nuts or seeds.
Homemade Honey Vinaigrette
This dressing is simple and takes just minutes to make. If you wish, you can double or triple the recipe and keep it in the fridge to enjoy for up to two weeks! Homemade salad dressings are the best…not only are they so tasty, but you probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry already.
The salad I made to go with this dressing was full of fresh green leaf lettuce, slices of strawberries, grapes, red onion, grape tomatoes and feta cheese. SO good. And perfect served alongside roasted chicken or steak…a perfect summer meal.
