If you’re looking for a simple and inexpensive way to store dry goods, try this Mason Jar Pantry Organization idea! Practical and easy to implement.
Don’t throw away mason jars, use them to store dry goods in your kitchen! They’re free, practical and so useful.

Mason Jars are so practical!
I’m not much of a collector, but the one thing I do collect and keep dear to my heart are Mason Jars (especially ones like these jars that date back somewhere between 1930 and 1950). I love the simplicity of them, their classic look, how they stand the test of time and how many things you can use them for.
Perfect for dry pantry storage.
Mason jars are absolutely perfect for storing dry pantry items like cornstarch, barley, cocoa, oat bran, sugar, coconut, baking soda and so much more. I also like to use them for non-kitchen things like paper clips, elastics, matches and more.
Label Details
I went to Michaels and found a roll of chalkboard sticker paper and a label punch to make cute labels for each of the jars. Then I used a white chalkboard marker to write the ingredient on the front.

I absolutely love how they turned out, and I use them all the time now. They’re easy to line up in the pantry and cupboards. The best thing about these storage jars is that you can see into them, so you always know how much of an ingredient you have. Will you try this Mason Jar Pantry Organization?

This is WAY better than painting on chalkboard labels. WAY better! I’m heading out to Michael’s now 🙂
Great idea!! I love it!!
If you want the look without the chalk coming off you could use a white gel pen to write on it.
So cute! I didn’t even know that made chalkboard paper!
Love this idea!!! They turned out so cute. I’ll have to keep an eye out for chalkboard paper, I had no idea it even existed.
I love it! Classic simplicity!
Chalkboard paper at Michaels?! Oooh, thank you for the heads up–I had no idea!
