Caramallow S'mores

Does that not look sooooo yummy!

Caramallow S'mores

Mr. Burbs brokers for a local chocolate maker, Olivier’s Candies. Using century old recipes for chocolate and caramel, they make the most amazing candy! Really, one of my most favourite treats are their Caramallows. Caramallows are marshmallow coated in the yum-yummiest caramel ever.  I can’t eat just one.  Truly. As a matter of fact, our little stash of them are in the truck.  So I won’t eat them.  They are that good!

So we thought, how good would they be in a smore?! They are a Sticky.  Gooey. Sweet.  Delicious.  Little piece of heaven. But we soon discovered that they are not easily made over a campfire.  But fret not.  Got a BBQ?

How To Make Caramallow S’mores:

We assembled them into s’mores, layering 1 caramallow, 1 piece of chocolate and sandwiched them in between 2 graham crackers.  Wrap them up in foil, and put them on the BBQ for about 2-3 minutes.  So so good!

I dare you to just eat one! Have fun!
