Royally Amazed!

As most of the world is aware, the Royal couple, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Will & Kate, are on a whirl wind tour!  Over the last 2 days, we have had the honour of having them tour our city!
And I knew this was my chance (maybe my only ever), that I would get to see them in ‘real’ life!  So I dragged my 2 oldest kids out of bed at 5:45am, and met up with some fabulous friends downtown, so that we could catch a glimpse of Will & Kate as they kicked off our Stampede Parade!
I was hoping we’d get to see them in a carriage of some sort, but they were in a black sedan, and were driving by pretty fast!  Literally, if you blinked you would have missed it!  I looked up, and there was Kate waving!
So fantastic!!!
While I did not capture them very well on my camera, my friend Lori took these shots!  A-maze-ing!!
Quick!  Look up!  Here they come!

So fast, but so worth it!  For me, it was a moment of a lifetime!  Yeehaw!

Oh my gosh you lucky girl!!! I would’ve LOVED to catch them even for a second. I couldn’t believe that yesterday when I was flying from London to San Diego, they were flying (commercial) from LA to London! If only we changed our flight, we might’ve seen them at LAX! I am a little too obsessed with them…haha
