This Korean Beef is ready and on your table in 30 minutes or less!  Sweet, spicy and delicious served over steamed rice.

A meal on the table in 30 minutes or less?!  YES it is possible.  And this Korean Beef is proof of that.  This is the kind of recipe that is SO perfect for the busiest nights…heading out to hockey, gymnastics, rugby or dance…you can make a homemade meal with little effort.

30 Minute Korean Beef

Ground beef is one of those recipe ingredients that I always add to my grocery list.  It’s inexpensive and the kids like it, so I use it in so many dishes like soups, meatloaf, meatballs and pasta sauces. But sometimes I get tired of making the same things.

30 Minute Korean Beef

So I decided to try something new and tested out a recipe for 30 Minute Korean Beef.  I’ve seen many versions of this recipe over the years and came up with this simple version.  It’s made with just a few ingredients (most you likely have already):  ground beef, garlic, fresh ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes for a little touch of heat.  SO simple and so flavourful.

Top with chopped green onions and serve over steamed rice.  I also like to serve this with steamed green beans.  Such a delicious meal that we all love!
