Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe Tips

  • BANANAS: Use 2 large ripe bananas. Overripe bananas are perfect.
  • OATS: I use quick oats, but you can also use rolled oats.
  • NO SUGAR? Nope, these cookies do not have any added sugar because they don’t need it. The bananas provide enough sweetness.
  • GLUTEN-FREE: These are naturally gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats.
  • DOUBLE IT! This recipe is easily doubled or even tripled.
  • STORAGE: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge if you like. They last for up to 5 days.
  • FREEZING: These cookies freeze well. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag for up to 3 months.
