  1. Today I made your creamy tomato macaroni and cheese dish. I followed the directions right down the line except instead of diced tomatoes, I used a can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilis. Also, living in South Korea, I do not have access to many of the American spices so, I left out the oregano. It came out wonderful and I can eat on this for two or three days for the amount it made. Thanks for the recipe.
