KitchenAid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set
I received a KitchenAid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set for review. Here are my thoughts…hint…I think they’re great!

When you’re in the kitchen as much as we are some days it’s so important to have the right tools. Over the years I’ve used many different gadgets, dishes and pots, and over time I’ve learned which ones I like and which ones I don’t…let’s just say I’ve gotten rid of a lot of things in garage sales. But I’m also noticing that with over 16 years of use I’m in the market for many new things. So when I was asked to review the new KitchenAid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set, the timing couldn’t have been better. My growing family means that I need larger pots, and more of them so I can make meals faster and more efficiently…this new set fits the bill!
I gave the set a good workout last week making homemade chicken broth, zucchini skillets, spaghetti sauce, and a delicious fish chowder that I will share with you tomorrow!
So for now, here are my thoughts…and stick around because you could win your own set! Woot woot!
I immediately loved the sleek shape of the pots, and how sturdy (but not heavy) they are. All the pots have rounded bottoms which I like because they seem to be more gentle on my flat top electric stove. But I also like that the saucepans and stockpot are tall, the shape is great for simmering stews and sauces. And they fit perfectly on my stove burners.
I also really appreciate the glass lids. I have always wanted glass lids so that I can see what is going on inside the pot without having to lift the lid and let the heat out.

Another feature that I thought was genius are the measuring lines inside the saucepans and stockpot. This is such a great tool for measuring ingredients and keeping track of cooking and liquid reduction right in the pot!
Overall I really like this set…it’s the perfect combination of saucepans and skillets. But how do they cook? Great! The heat is nice and even…they are a joy to cook with!
Disclosure: While I did receive a KitchenAid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set for review, I did not accept any compensation for my review. All the opinions and thoughts that I stated here in my post, are mine and true, as I only share products that I personally endorse and use in my home. And I think these pots are great…they’re getting a workout!

Chicken bouillon (like stew) with fresh veggies.
I have a recipe for pumpkin sausage pasta that I love, especially in the fall.
Beef stew
My favourite fall recipe is beef stew, with squash ,sweet potato and carrots.
My favourite fall recipe….that’s a tough one to narrow down, but overall it’s meatloaf, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli. Comfort food for sure 🙂
My favorite fall recipe is what I call an autumn soup, it has carrots, various squash in it, and other vegetables. When done, we put it through the blender to make a thick soup. It tastes delicious and the kids who are fussy with eating vegetables can’t pick them out, but it tastes so good they ask for more. It’s so great on a cold day. Now it’s making me crave some!!
pumpkin cake – yum!
I love homemade chicken soup in the fall. Especially when my husband makes it because then I get all the reward with no effort. PS I REALLY REALLY need new pots.
pumpkin soup!
I love my husbands Chilli. I look forward to the cooler weather so we can fire up a crockpot of it.
