And in case you missed it…this week on the blog:

  • I posted my most favourite soup recipe ever – Chicken Corn Chowder.  Another great dinner you can make in 1 hour!
  • In keeping with my efforts to post more under-1-hour-dinners, I shared a delicious recipe for Sweet Chili Chicken!  Yum!
  • And shared one of the best cookie recipes ever!  This was a post that I put together for my Food Contributor gig over at ‘Or so she says‘.  These Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons are the bomb!
Oh, did I mention that it snowed here?!  Gah.  Not quite ready for the white stuff…

Have a delicious week!

  1. Love the recipe you posted for the Chicken Chili, Jo-Anna, not fussy at all for coconut, however Son and hubby love it. And as far as the Snow is concerned? please don’t send it to Ontario ! Enjoy your day, stay warm and happy.

  2. I see you have a movie night – have you seen The Intouchables, playing at Canyon Meadows cheapie cinema. If you haven’t I’d highly recommend it. It’s a french film (subtitled) about a quadraplegic but don’t let that put you off – it’s touching, it’s hilarious, it’s got a great sound track, and the one lead actor is gorgeous. Well worth the $5!!
