Spring Cleaning…Part 2: Floors
Ok. So I’m on day 2 of my spring clean.
Yesterday I tackled windows.
Today I tackled my hardwood and tile floors.
On the weekend we went to Costco, and I found this Bissell Steam Mop. For a while now, I have been thinking about getting a steam mop for my floors because we have so much space that is either hardwood or tile, and cleaning takes soooo long. I hate using buckets and I never know if the floors are really that clean.
So I decided to buy one and try it.
All I can say, is that I’m in love. With a mop. Yes.
I cannot believe how clean my floors are. We are talking literally squeaky clean. Shining.
And it took me half the time it usually would. With no chemicals, and really no fuss at all.
The best.
I will still use my method floor cleaner for small jobs. It smells too good to let it go!
Another task down. Whew, I’m tired, and stiff and sore. But I’m getting it done!
Tomorrow, I’m tackling kitchen jobs!
Oh how I {heart} the Bissel steam mop! Our house is 90% hard wood and it does the.best.job.
Good luck on the rest of your Spring Cleaning!
Good to know… I have been looking at those in Costco and wondering if they worked!
Ooooh, I may have to run out and get that mop. I am currently a mop hater so this may help. Was it expensive??
Great article! Thanks for sharing 🙂
