Calgary Renovation Show

This post has been sponsored by the Calgary Renovation Show!

Tis the season for renovating and home improvement!  There’s just something about this time of year that inspires people to take on home projects…I know that’s definitely true for us!  We recently finished renovating our basement (hallelujah!!), and now all the fun stuff can happen…we’ll be adding new furniture, installing a barn door, organizing the storage room, adding closet organizers, installing blinds and curtains…and more!  Stay tuned for that reveal, as well as a few of our DIY projects.  And because I like to know what’s new in home renovation, we’ll be heading to the Calgary Renovation Show this Friday, January 12!  I may or may not be going to get ideas to renovate our kitchen…don’t tell my husband 😉

If you’re thinking of doing any type of home renovation or making improvements to your home, the Calgary Renovation Show is a great place to go and get inspired!  It will be hard not to get inspired with special guests like Sarah Richardson (loooove her!), and HGTV’s Sabrina Smelko (Save My Reno).  You’ll also have the opportunity to step foot in the 1,000 square foot Renovation home by Wicket Blue Interiors, check out many DIY home projects, see what’s trending in home decor, plus visit more than 200 home improvement companies to discuss your home projects with!

  1. I would love to renovate my kitchen. A fresh new paint colour and some attention to my flooring would help rejuvenate my kitchen!

  2. I should say I’d start with the living room, but honestly I’d love to redo my entire room, we haven’t changed it since we moved in 9 years ago!
