Simple Spring Flower Vases
Well Spring has officially arrived with the date, but over here there is still a chill in the air, and it’s as brown as can be outside… But it’s spring inside, well it has been for a while now with my mantle, and indoor plantings. And with Easter just around the corner, I thought it was time to Easter-fy my home.
Starting with flowers. You can never go wrong with flowers…and what says Easter more than lilies?! So off to the market I went and scooped up a bouquet of lilies. I love their beauty and their scent! Gorgeous! But now how to arrange them…?
Why not gather up odds and ends you already have and make some simple spring vases!
Supplies required to make simple and pretty flower vases:
- Any clear jars you have: Mason Jars, Apothecary Jars, small flower vases, small milk bottles
- Burlap
- Jute Twine
- Bakers Twine
- Raffia Ribbon
- Dried Flowers
Just a simple wrap of burlap, tied with some twine, then embellished with dried flowers. Simple & pretty!
Twine & dried flowers. Lovely!
These would look so pretty on an Easter tablescape!
Delicate & pretty!
So simple with a wrap of hot pink Bakers Twine! Love it!
Look at the gorgeousness of that flower!
Burlap wrapped glass vase, tied with jute ribbon. Doesn’t get much easier than that!
Proof that you don’t have to spend much (if anything) to make something beautiful!
Have a great day!
