Parmesan Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms
These Parmesan Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms are a quick and delicious appetizer! Perfect for holiday gatherings with friends & family.
Are you a fan of stuffed mushrooms? Mushrooms are such a polarizing vegetable, aren’t they? I love them…but the rest of my family…not so much. But that doesn’t stop me from making them…no sirrreeee. If we have a party, one of the first things I want to make are stuffed mushrooms. And over the years I’ve made a few different kinds…Garlic, Basil & Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms, Cranberry Cream Cheese & Turkey Stuffed Mushrooms, and now these Parmesan Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms.
I think these are my favourite though. They’re the easiest to prepare, and they’re so flavourful. And if I’m crunched for time, these are definitely the stuffed mushroom I’ll turn to. You can have them prepared in about 15 minutes, then in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes or so. And as an added bonus, you can make them a couple of days ahead of time! Love that.
Right out of the oven the filling is cheesy and creamy…combined with the delicious mushroom and crispy butter bread crumb topping…so good. I could eat them all. Just sayin.
Perfect for gatherings and Christmas and New Years parties!
