About this recipe:

This recipe is for Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings made in the air fryer (with no oil!), I won’t make chicken wings any other way! Air frying is so much tastier and less messy than deep frying. Filling the air fryer basket.

You can load up the air fryer basket, but be careful not to overload it. There needs to be enough space so that the hot air circulating through the inside of the air fryer cooks the wings evenly, so if you can, place the wings in a single layer. If you have the basket filled quite a lot, just shake it a couple of times to make sure everything is cooking evenly. If you’re cooking for a big crowd, you may have to make wings in batches, but everyone will wait for fresh hot wings!

I would make chicken wings and battered fish. I really miss deep fried fish most of all and onion rings and breaded shrimp. They are not the same crispness in the oven.

I’d love to try fish and chips! Better without all that oil

  9. I would love to try these chicken wings, maybe with some different sauces after they were cooked. It’s really tough getting restaurant quality at home. This looks like it would do it.
