Simple, yet delicious.
Oftentimes the most simple recipes are the best! And you can’t beat a dinner side dish that you can have on your table in about 15 minutes. This dish is made with creamy white beans, sun dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika and heavy cream. So hearty, so flavourful, SO GOOD.

Creamy Beans Recipe Tips
- BEANS: You can use white kidney beans (cannellini beans) or navy beans.
- ONIONS: This recipe uses a mixture of both red onions and green onions, but you can use any type of onion that you like: sweet onions, yellow onions or shallots.
- CREAM: Use half + half cream or heavy cream.
- STORAGE: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. The leftovers are delicious heated up the next day!
- GARNISH OPTIONS: Feel free to add grated parmesan cheese to the top of the finished beans.

Serving Suggestion:
These beans are especially delicious alongside roast chicken, but really, they pair well with anything…steak, ribs, pork roast and more. Another delicious way to enjoy these beans is to have them with a loaf of crusty bread as a light meal or lunch…the creamy sauce is perfect for dipping bread into!
