For Canada Day, make these 5 Minute Dessert Kebabs, using just 2 ingredients!
This year is a big year for Canada as we celebrate our 150th birthday as a country! I am so proud to be Canadian…I know how lucky I am every single day, that I get to call Canada my home. And this year with #Canada150 celebrations everywhere, all year long, we are joining our extended family for a big Canada Day Bash, and we can’t wait! It’s going to be super fun! I know there are going to be A LOT of Canada Day parties this year, so I wanted to share some simple and quick party ideas with you! These are the kind of ideas that will not stress you out. They’re easy, and take no time at all…which leaves you more time to sip your Caesar.
The first idea I want to share are these 5 Minute Dessert Kebabs. Ok seriously, this is the easiest dessert idea ever. It’s almost too easy to share, except I wanted to share it because it is easy.
Sometimes when we host or attend a party, we can overcomplicate things, especially the food. But we don’t need to. Most of the time, especially during a summer party, people are just thrilled that there is food available. And if it’s cute and delicious, no one cares how much time you spent making it. In fact, they’ll marvel at your genius. 😉 So that is why I’m sharing these 5 Minute Dessert Kebabs for Canada Day.
Just 2 ingredients: Timbits and Strawberries.Ridiculously easy. And what dessert is more Canadian than a Timbit (well maybe Butter Tarts, but anyway…)? Pair them up with strawberries, and you have a simple, delicious and festive red and white Canada Day Treat!
Did I mention that you only need 5 minutes to whip these up. Can’t beat that when there’s a party waiting for you.
And I love that they’re red and white for Canada Day! Festive and delicious.
