My Weekly Menu Plan #2

I’ve discovered that I really like keeping track of what’s on our weekly menu!
I think it’s because it inspires me to get creative and put good meals on the table.

So, here’s what we had last week!

Breakfast:  Buttermilk Pancakes
Dinner:  Take-out pizza!  It was just that kind of day!

Baked Mac & Cheese with Broccoli  (Recipe coming soon!)

Tomato, Zucchini & Green Onion Frittata, Simple Green Salad, and Peach Crisp for dessert

Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Apple Sauce, Corn on the Cob, Multigrain Bread

Sweet & Sour Stir Fry

Take-out pizza!  Too tired to cook!

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Pancakes 
Dinner:  Grilled Lobster, Portobello Mushroom Risotto  (the hubby made dinner!)

Also, after a little poll I did on my Facebook page this past week,  I also learned that for so many of us dinner time ideas are a struggle.  It’s so hard to be able to get a dinner on the table during busy weeknights that is quick, easy and delicious.

Soooo, I’m going to try to post a lot more dinner ideas 
that you can get on your table in under 1 hour.

  1. Oohh, I’m looking forward to hearing your ideas for a quick dinner! I remember before I had kids and thinking that I would be putting elaborate meals on the table every night when my husband got home because I’d have plenty of time. LOL!
