Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

A versatile cookie!

Cake mix cookies are so versatile…you can have fun with different cake mixes and additions.  I’ve used chocolate cake mix and white cake mix for these cookies and they’re both delicious!

I hope you make these and enjoy them as much as we do!

Recipe Tips:

  • Cake Mix: I prefer to use a golden cake mix for these cookies. But I have also used a chocolate cake mix and white cake mix for these cookies and they’re both delicious. Use the classic 15.25 oz cake mix box.
  • Peanut Butter: Use creamy prepared peanut butter. Crunchy or smooth.
  • Why does my cookie dough look oily? Don’t worry, these cookies won’t be oily after they bake.
  • Storage: Store these cookies in an airtight container to keep them soft.
  • Freezing: These cookies freeze well. Store them in an airtight ziplock bag for freezing.
