Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies
These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies are a quick and super delicious cookie! The cake mix makes them soft and chewy.
I love this recipe, it reminds me of when I was a kid and my Mom made them for my sister and I. They were one of my favourite cookies. So now I make them for my kids and they love them as much as I do.
Cake Mix Cookies are moist and delicious!
These cookies are made with at shortcut step…a cake mix! No messing around with flour, just dump in a cake mix and a few more ingredients, then you have cookies. SO simple, you can’t not make them!
Peanut Butter = Delicious.
These cake mix cookies are made with a golden cake mix, peanut butter and chocolate chips. And they’re SO soft, chewy and full of delicious peanut butter flavour!
A versatile cookie!
Cake mix cookies are so versatile…you can have fun with different cake mixes and additions. I’ve used chocolate cake mix and white cake mix for these cookies and they’re both delicious!
I hope you make these and enjoy them as much as we do!
Recipe Tips:
- Cake Mix: I prefer to use a golden cake mix for these cookies. But I have also used a chocolate cake mix and white cake mix for these cookies and they’re both delicious. Use the classic 15.25 oz cake mix box.
- Peanut Butter: Use creamy prepared peanut butter. Crunchy or smooth.
- Why does my cookie dough look oily? Don’t worry, these cookies won’t be oily after they bake.
- Storage: Store these cookies in an airtight container to keep them soft.
- Freezing: These cookies freeze well. Store them in an airtight ziplock bag for freezing.
