April 8, 2011 at 11:41 PMI have NEVER seen quilling like that before! Most of what I’m familiar with is the stuff from the 70s and 80s when it was last en vogue among crafters (my mother dabbled a little). This stuff is GORGEOUS!!!! I love it!
