Easy weeknight dinner ideas!

I don’t even want to utter the words…back to school.  Yikes.

But there comes a time when it’s nice to plan for those hectic days that come when the kids are back at it!  I actually find it quite comforting to plan cozy and tasty dishes for that time of year…I always feel the need to create comfort food to accompany all the change.  And lately I’ve found myself perusing the recipes on Chicken.ca, which has become one of my go-to sites for delicious chicken recipes.  You can find almost any kind of chicken recipe that you can think of, including many quick and simple dishes, recipes for the slow cooker and tonnes of comfort food like soups and stews.

So to get your back to school dinner tastebuds going I wanted to share just glimpse of the types of recipes you can find over there. These easy weeknight dinners are on my definite to make list!
