Cranberry Orange Baked Brie with Honey and Candied Pecans
This Cranberry Orange Baked Brie with Honey and Candied Pecans is a simple and flavourful appetizer! Made with classic flavours of the holiday season, this appetizer is ready in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese about 6 inches, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped candied pecans (see tips above)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cranberries
- 2 tsp orange zest and a squeeze of orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey and more for drizzling after baking
- sprinkle of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coarsely chop the candied pecans and cranberries. Zest the orange.
- Score the top rind of the brie wheel (see images above).
- To the top of the brie wheel, sprinkle on the chopped cranberries, then add the orange zest, and top with the chopped candied pecans.
- Squeeze on some orange juice, then drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle on some salt (just a tiny bit).
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the top of the cheese with extra honey.
- Serve with fresh baguette slices or crackers.
