Wheat Free Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

oat flour

almond flour
meal

cup
sorghum flour

ground chia seeds

baking powder

large bananas
a good heaping 1 cup of mashed bananas
1/4
cup
honey
1/4
cup
unsweetened coconut milk
I use Coconut Dream

eggs
3
tbsp
vegetable oil
3
tbsp
unsweetened applesauce
2
tsp
vanilla
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
1/4
cup
cinnamon chips

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the oat flour, almond flour, sorghum flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl whisk together the eggs, honey, milk, oil, apple sauce vanilla and mashed banana. Mix thoroughly.
Add the banana mixture to the flour mix, and stir until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate and cinnamon chips.
Let the batter sit for at least 5 minutes.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. I like to line mine with wax or parchment paper.
Bake for 45-55 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool for about 10-15 minutes before devouring!
