This Roasted Charcuterie Skillet is an easy and delicious twist to a classic charcuterie board. Roast different cheeses, meats, veggies, fruit, olives and more, in a skillet until it's all melty and delicious. Serve with crackers or bread.
Drizzle about 1 tbsp olive oil over the bottom of the skillet.
Add the ingredients to the skillet: chunks of cheese, bundles of cured meats, whole cherry tomatoes, sliced peaches, chopped nuts, olives, sliced peppers, or what ever ingredients you choose. I like to add the individual ingredients in groups of 3 for visual appeal.
Lay 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of all the ingredients.
Place the pan directly on the bbq grill or in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted and bubbling. I like to use the tomatoes as an indicator of doneness...once they 'pop' or split, the skillet is probably ready.
Serve immediately.
Notes
These are the ingredients that I used for this particular skillet. But this dish is so versatile so feel free to add/remove anything you like, there are no wrong ingredients here!
