Roasted Asparagus Recipe
There is no better way to enjoy asparagus than to roast it! Roasted asparagus is crunchy, yet tender, and rich in flavour. Simple and delicious. You'll never boil it again.

Ingredients
1
bunch of asparagus
olive oil
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
Lay the asparagus spears out in a single layer on a baking sheet (no need to line the pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil).
Drizzle with olive oil, then generously season them with salt and pepper.
Gently shake the pan to make sure the asparagus is coated in the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 5-10 minutes. Make sure to watch them closely so they don't burn or overcook.
Serve immediately.
