Rhubarb Cranberry Gin Christmas Cocktail
This Rhubarb Cranberry Gin Christmas Cocktail is delicious and festive! A perfect signature drink for the holidays!
Servings 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz rhubarb gin
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz sparkling lemonade
- fresh lemon rind for garnish
- fresh cranberries cut in half, for garnish
- sugar for rimming the glass
Instructions
- First prepare your cocktail glass by adding a rim of sugar (see tips above for how to do this).
- Mix all of the above ingredients in a shaker with ice, gently because the lemonade is carbonated.
- Pour into a fancy glass, straining the ice, being careful not to disturb the sugar rim.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist and halved cranberries (see tips above).
