Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients

all purpose flour

salt

baking soda

baking powder
1/4

butter
1/2
cup
smooth peanut butter
2/3
cup
granulated sugar

large eggs

mashed ripe bananas
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, use a mixer to cream together the butter, sugar and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, and mix until until it has the consistency of brown sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Fold in the mashed bananas.
If you're adding chocolate chips, stir in 1/2 - 3/4 cup.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before cutting.
