Heat a pan on low-medium heat, add cumin seeds and toast until slightly dark and aromatic, about 2 minutes. Set aside to cool then grind finely.2 tsp cumin seeds
Whisk together the cumin, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 2 tsp honey, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper.
Stir in 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
Boil 1 pound frozen peas until tender, about 2 minutes.
Then drain the peas, rinse with cold water, and drain well again.
Transfer the peas into a salad bowl, add 1 bunch radishes (about 5 - 6) (sliced), 1 cup crumbled feta cheese and dressing. Toss well.
Add 3 cups fresh pea tendrils or pea sprouts. Serve.
