Lemon Whipped Cream
Lemon Whipped Cream is a delicious way to serve up an old favourite topping! Delicious on cakes, pies and pancakes!

Ingredients
1 - 500
mL
container of whipping cream
1/4
cup
sugar
1/2
tsp
vanilla
juice from half of a lemon
1 - 2
tsp
lemon zest
Instructions
In a mixer on the highest speed, whip together the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks are formed.
Mix in the lemon juice and zest.
