Lemon Whipped Cream
Lemon Whipped Cream is a delicious way to serve up an old favourite topping! Delicious on cakes, pies and pancakes!
Ingredients
- 1 - 500 mL container of whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- juice from half of a lemon
- 1 - 2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a mixer on the highest speed, whip together the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks are formed.
- Mix in the lemon juice and zest.
