Ingredients

cup
heavy cream
or half + half
1
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 ⅔
cups
Irish whiskey
we like Jameson

chocolate syrup

vanilla extract

instant coffee granules
Instructions
Mix the coffee granules with a little of the whisky to dissolve it before adding it to the blender. This just helps it to dissolve better.
Then to a blender add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee.
Blend the mixture on low/medium for 20 to 30 seconds (see Recipe Tips above).
Store the Baileys in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator.
Shake well before serving.
