Easy Poached Rhubarb
This 3 ingredient Poached Rhubarb is easy to make and is ready in minutes! Delicious over vanilla ice cream, cake, pancakes, pavlova and more. A great way to use up fresh rhubarb.

Ingredients

sliced rhubarb
about 6 medium stalks
2
cups
water

cup
granulated sugar
Instructions
In a large saucepan over low-medium heat, add the sugar and water. Stir and bring to a light boil to dissolve the sugar.
Add the chopped rhubarb and simmer for about 10 – 12 minutes, until the rhubarb is soft.
Remove from heat and let cool.
