This Easy Candied Pecans Recipe is SO delicious. These candy coated pecans are crunchy and sweet with flavours of cinnamon and vanilla. Made with simple ingredients and ready in about 35 minutes!
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a bowl whisk together the sugars, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate large bowl whisk together the egg white, water and vanilla until frothy. I tilt the bowl and use a fork to mix these ingredients together.
Add the pecan halves to the egg mixture and mix well, the pecans should be completely coated with the mixture.
Now add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the pecans and mix well, coating the pecans fully.
Add the pecans to the prepared baking sheet, making sure to lay them out in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring at 10 minute intervals.
