Daddy's Deluxe Pancakes 3 Ways

Peach Raspberry Oat Pancakes

Banana Oat Pancakes

Instructions
Apple Oat Pancakes
Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs. Add buttermilk, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add the milk mix to the flour mix, and gently combine.
Grate the apples (you don't have to peel them). Then fold them into the batter.
Let batter rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Cook on a preheated medium to high heat griddle.
Peach Raspberry Oat Pancakes
Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs. Add buttermilk, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add the milk mix to the flour mix, and gently combine.
Chop the peach into very small chunks.
Mix the peaches and raspberries together, then fold them into the batter.
Let batter rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Cook on a preheated medium to high heat griddle.
Banana Oat Pancakes
Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs. Add buttermilk, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add the milk mix to the flour mix, and gently combine.
Chop the banana into very small chunks, then fold it into the batter.
Let batter rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Cook on a preheated medium to high heat griddle.
