Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette
This Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette is tangy and so flavourful! Perfect on a simple green salad!
Servings 4 - 6 servings
Ingredients
Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette:
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- juice from 1 small lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or Sweet Rose Wine Vinegar is really nice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 - 3 tbsp milk more if you think the dressing is too thick
- 1/2 tsp sugar
All Green Salad:
- lettuce greens
- parsley chopped
- green pepper chopped
- green onion sliced
- celery chopped
- cucumber chopped or sliced
Instructions
- In a blender combine all of the ingredients for the salad dressing. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the dressing with the salad greens.
- Enjoy!
