Ingredients

all purpose flour
1/2

unsweetened cocoa powder

tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt

butter
1
cup
white sugar
1
cup
brown sugar
2
large eggs
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
chocolate chips
1
package of Cookies nā Creme chocolate candies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Chop the Cookies n' Creme chocolate candies into small chunks. Set aside.
Using a stand mixer cream together the butter and sugars (I use the paddle attachment).
Mix in the eggs, one at a time.
Then mix in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, and combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips and Cookies n' Creme chocolate chunks.
Make 1 1/2 inch cookie dough balls (you can use a cookie scoop to do this), and flatten the tops slightly.
Space the balls of dough at least 1 1/2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
Press a few extra candy pieces into the top of each cookie if you like.
Bake for 11 minutes.
Cool on a wire cooling rack.
