Ingredients

butter
1/2

granulated sugar

cup
brown sugar
packed

large eggs

tsp
vanilla extract

all purpose flour

rolled oats

tsp
baking soda

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt
3/4
cup
butterscotch chips
3/4
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter and sugars.
Add the eggs, mixing in one at a time. Then add the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and combine.
Stir in the butterscotch and white chocolate chips.
Drop by the large tablespoon on to the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8 - 9 minutes.
