Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes
This Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes is a quick and delicious appetizer! Soft creamy Brie is paired with flavourful sun dried tomatoes and garlic. So good. A perfect holiday recipe.

Ingredients
4
oz
sun dried tomatoes in oil
finely chopped (a generous 1/2 cup)
3 - 4
cloves
garlic
minced
6
oz
Brie cheese
2
tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Slightly drain the sundried tomatoes, then chop them finely.
4 oz sun dried tomatoes in oil
Mince the garlic and mix in with the tomatoes.
3 - 4 cloves garlic
Pile the tomato mixture onto the Brie, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
6 oz Brie cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Heat in the oven for 3 - 5 minutes, until the cheese is soft.
Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette.
