Blueberry Crumble
A classic recipe for Blueberry Crumble. Juicy blueberries baked under an oatmeal cookie-like topping. Excellent for breakfast or dessert, and definitely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
Blueberry Filling:
6
cups
blueberries
fresh or frozen blueberries
2/3
cup
granulated sugar
you can decide how sweet you want it by using less or more

tbsp
all purpose flour or cornstarch
Oat Crumble Topping:
1
cup
quick oats
1/2
cup
all purpose flour
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8
tsp
salt
1/3
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In an oven proof baking dish stir together the blueberries, sugar and flour. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine the oats, flour, salt, sugar and melted butter.
Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture over the top of the blueberries.
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes. The top should be golden brown and the blueberries should be bubbling up the sides.
Let rest. I think it’s best served after it has sat for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
