Ingredients

frozen banana

cup
almond milk
any kind you like: chocolate (vanilla, unsweetened)

tbsp
almond butter

tbsp
oat bran
1
squeeze of honey
couple dashes of cinnamon
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
